SOUND BATHS

Sound Bath is an ancient technique, one of the earliest forms of healing used by ancient civilizations such as China, Egypt, Greece, and India.

It is attributed with the power to restore the nervous system and promote alchemical fusions. This technique incorporates various sound elements and relaxation and meditation ceremonies to reach states of consciousness, introspection, and connection with the inner self and the soul.

Unlike sound therapy, this practice does not involve physical contact but uses subtle sounds emitted by various instruments to relax every part and cell of the body.

SOUND THERAPY

Sound Therapy or Sound Healing is a technique based on the concept of resonance, which refers to the vibrational frequencies of objects. Just like all elements in the universe, our body, organs, and cells are in constant vibration. When these vibrations do not produce the proper resonance, they become dissonant, which can lead to health issues or stress.

Through the physical application of sound frequencies in the energy fields surrounding the body, Sound Healing stimulates specific areas of the body and brain, helping you relax and release tension, as well as enhancing creativity, learning, and memory.

MUSIC ACCOMPANIMENT FOR YOGA AND MEDITATION SESSIONS

Since its inception, Indian classical music has been seen as a form of meditation to connect with a higher state of consciousness. Ragas are related to the seasons of the year, hours of the day, emotions, deities, certain stories, and traditional events.

When asanas and ragas, two ancient Indian traditions, come together, a perfect balance is formed that stimulates concentration and attention, both in music and movement, creating the ideal mental space to achieve a deeper state of concentration.

Enhance your yoga classes with Indian music and vibrant live sounds.

INDIAN CLASSICAL MUSIC AND DANCE PERFORMANCES

Through the staging of our Sangeet Mehfil ensemble, we create gatherings aimed at sharing this knowledge through the arts of northern India, rooted in ancient philosophies. In this context, the study of vibrations and forms of bodily expression becomes an essential tool for spiritual development.

We have the participation of traditional Hindustani instruments, including the Bansuri with its evocative long notes, the harmonious Santoor, the distinctive sounds of the Sitar, the steady percussion of the Tabla, and the meditative accompaniment of the Tanpura. Additionally, we offer performances of sacred and folk dances, such as Kathak and Kalbelia. All these elements come together to create a mental environment that transports you to those distant and enigmatic lands.

DIDGERIDOO AND SITAR LESSONS

The Didgeridoo is an ancient instrument that originated in the northern part of the Australian continent and holds great significance in the cosmology of most indigenous peoples of that country. In addition to its use in ceremonial and recreational purposes, it also played a crucial role in the mysticism of each tribe, in shamanic rituals, and healing practices carried out by the Aboriginal communities in various regions.

The distinctive sound of the Didgeridoo is characterized by its deep, guttural, and hypnotic tone, known as the "drone." According to some studies, it has been associated with relaxation and stress reduction for both the listener and the performer.

MEDITATIVE MOVEMENT THROUGH ECSTATIC DANCE

This is a space for free expression and self-exploration through dance, providing a unique experience that combines music, movement, and spirituality to release emotions and connect with oneself and others. One of the most distinctive features of this practice is its use of Ethnic House music as a sonic backdrop.

This subgenre of electronic music blends elements of house music with ethnic and tribal influences, incorporating sounds and rhythms from different cultures and regions of the world. The fusion of these ethnic sounds with the rhythm and structure of house music creates a unique and captivating musical style.

This type of intentional and free-form dance is a powerful tool for processing emotional experiences and releasing the tension and stress of everyday life.
